1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

As a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within a specified period without giving any reason. The rights that apply to you and the length of the withdrawal period depend on the market in which you purchase the product and the applicable legislation.

Your mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws are not affected by this Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy.

The online store is operated by Noctura Commerce Limited under the ScandiSpirit brand.

For customers in Norway, the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) applies, among other relevant legislation.

For customers in the United Kingdom, the applicable provisions of UK consumer protection law apply.

For customers in other markets, the mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to the relevant purchase apply.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, ScandiSpirit offers a voluntary 30-day return policy. This voluntary return policy is provided in addition to, and does not restrict, your statutory rights. The voluntary return policy is subject to the terms set out in this policy.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CUSTOMERS IN NORWAY

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.

The withdrawal period begins on the day following the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

If your order is delivered in several shipments, the withdrawal period begins on the day following the day on which you receive the final item.

In addition, ScandiSpirit offers a voluntary 30-day return policy. This voluntary return policy is provided in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal and gives you an extended opportunity to return your goods, subject to the terms of this policy.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. You may also send us any other clear statement indicating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

3. RETURNING THE GOODS

After notifying us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

To use ScandiSpirit's voluntary 30-day return policy, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. After you contact us, we will provide information on how and within what period the goods must be returned.

Do not send goods to the company's registered business address unless we have expressly instructed you to do so.

As a general rule, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover these costs.

You may handle and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality. If the goods are handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, we may claim compensation for any resulting loss in value to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. REFUNDS

When you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, to the extent required by applicable law.

If you expressly selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we will not refund the additional cost of that choice to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

For customers in Norway, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days after we receive notification that the right of withdrawal is being exercised, subject to our right to withhold the refund in accordance with applicable law.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. We will not charge a fee for processing the refund.

For payments made by card or another electronic payment method, the refund may be processed through the same payment provider or payment method used for the original purchase.

Under the voluntary 30-day return policy, refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected, subject to the terms of the voluntary return policy.

5. CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

Customers in the United Kingdom are entitled to the statutory rights provided by applicable UK consumer protection law.

For online purchases, you generally have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

In addition, ScandiSpirit offers a voluntary 30-day return policy. This is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect your rights under UK consumer protection law.

To use the voluntary 30-day return policy, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. After you contact us, we will provide information on how and within what period the goods must be returned.

We will refund the payments you have made, including the cost of standard delivery, in accordance with applicable UK law. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, we are not required to refund the additional cost to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK law and normally within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Under the voluntary 30-day return policy, refunds will be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected, subject to the terms of the voluntary return policy.

You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality in the same way you would normally be permitted to do in a shop. If the goods have been used or handled beyond this extent and their value has consequently decreased, a deduction may be made from the refund to the extent permitted by law.

6. CUSTOMERS IN OTHER MARKETS

Where we offer sales and delivery to other countries or markets, the mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to the relevant purchase will apply.

This policy must not be interpreted as restricting any such statutory rights.

In addition to any statutory rights, ScandiSpirit offers a voluntary 30-day return policy unless otherwise expressly stated for the relevant market.

Where local law grants consumers rights that are more favourable than the provisions described in this policy, the mandatory local rules will apply.

7. TERMS OF THE VOLUNTARY 30-DAY RETURN POLICY

The voluntary 30-day return policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

To use the voluntary return policy, you must contact ScandiSpirit within 30 days of receiving the goods.

The goods must be in a condition that qualifies for return under the terms of the voluntary return policy. If the goods have been used, damaged or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, this may affect eligibility for the voluntary return policy or the amount of any refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Always contact us before returning any goods. We will provide you with the correct return address and return instructions.

The voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are defective, faulty or subject to any other statutory right to withdraw from the purchase agreement.

8. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply where applicable law expressly provides an exception.

This may include, among other things:

• Goods manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.

• Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

• Other goods or services covered by a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.

Any exceptions apply only to the extent provided by applicable law.

9. DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY GOODS

The right of withdrawal must not be confused with your statutory rights if the goods are defective, damaged, do not conform to the purchase agreement or otherwise fail to meet the requirements imposed by law.

Your statutory rights concerning defects, faults or damage are not affected by this Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy.

10. VOLUNTARY ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTIONS

In certain circumstances, we may voluntarily offer an alternative solution, such as allowing you to keep the goods while receiving a partial refund or a discount code.

Any such solution is voluntary and is offered subject to agreement with the customer. It does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, the rules applicable to the relevant market will apply.
